Digital Photography Final Reflection

To conclude my WordPress, I will summarize my thoughts, experiences, and gained knowledge from the digital photography class in this final reflection. To start, when I first arrived at this class, I believed that I would not enjoy the subject because I was not familiar with anything that the class was about. As I progressed in the course, I had actually learned a lot about cameras, photography techniques, and all of the various programs on Macintoshes.

When I heard that we would have to be creative with our assignments and take our work outside, I prepared for a miserable and confusing experience. Instead though, I got the opportunity to take photo shoots with the new friends I made in the class. Even I have to admit, that was enjoyable and made the projects less stressful. Somedays I actually looked forward to getting to go outside and see the enviroment around us in the different seasons. All of my work left me feeling confident that I had created something, and I liked to turn in each one and see my grade on them.

Although I did not complete every single project in the class, the ones I made I felt happy with and the effort felt worth it. Overall, I was suprised by the digital photography class and I can say without a doubt that I was glad I took the class and got to meet some cool people. Probaly my favorite thing about the class was that it felt different from my other electives and was also the least stressful course that I took this year.
